An accurate cost plan is vitally important. Initially used to evaluate the viability of a project, our cost plans evolve to become the baseline for project delivery costs and are intrinsic to effective cost management.
Our team of professionally qualified surveyors can accurately predict the quantity of materials from design drawings and specifications to inform budget and early cost feasibility analysis [RIBA stages 0 to 1] and frame independent advice on construction costs as design develops [RIBA stages 2 to 4].
In addition to advising clients on the most appropriate forms of contract, our cost management team will prepare tender documents, co-ordinate the tender processes, and procure contractor(s).
