Advising on procurement routes and contract selection
In addition to advising clients on the most appropriate forms of contract, our cost management team prepare tender documents, co-ordinating tender processes, and procure contractor(s).
Once we have procured the most suitable delivery team for a client, as cost managers our focus pivots to managing the best financial outcomes. We achieve this by measuring and monitoring contractor performance, assessing and valuing the progress of work, preparing detailed cost and cashflow reports and, forward-looking projections.
