This innovative project saw the development of a new apartment block in North Oxford comprising of seven flats, all highly insulated with 100% electric heating and hot water systems as well as pv panels fitted to the roof. The carbon footprint of the site, previously occupied by a single house, reduced significantly.
The project has gone on to receive a number of awards; including the Oxford Property Festival “Best Residential Development” Award 2022
