Overview

Greenwoods provided Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying and CDM Advisor services to Premier Inn, and their development partner Harrisons, on a major project in Lichfield City Centre.

The new 180 bed hotel was completed a month ahead of schedule and on budget despite some difficult site constraints.

The Greenwoods Team secured the project after the successful completion of an adjacent £10m mixed use development at Friary Outer for the same client.
