Branston Country Club

Overview

This project is to extend and improve the leisure facilities on offer at Branston Country Club. This will include extending the gym and studio spaces, a new swimming pool and associated external works. Other facilities will also be improved like more space for changing rooms, the current pool can then be used for fitness purposes only, and there will also be treatment rooms available as well.

The spa will be reconfigured with plans of a hot tub. Works will also be carried to existing toilets in order to maintain a consistently high level finish throughout the club.

The club has continued to show development since opening in 1974 with the latest development being the construction of the Pavilion which opened in 2005.

Greenwoods are providing both Quantity Surveying and Project management services on this project.
