Sheringham Park is a grade II listed park and contains several listed buildings and structures within the park. The park welcomes over 230,000 visitors a year; this number has increased by 38% over the last 3 years. During busy periods at the park the facilities currently on offer can not keep up with the demand. The catering sales have therefore increased by 55% over the last 3 years. Retail figures have also increased but more significantly to 76% over the last 3 years. These figures indicate the need and the potential this project and park could achieve.
