We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in Cardiff, Worcester or Bristol to join our teams. We are interested in surveyors at all levels with a minimum of three years post graduate experience in a professional practice.
Candidates must be chartered or on their way to chartered status, have a Full Driving Licence.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience or an interest in heritage work, and or experience of working as Employer’s Agent.
We have a well established team in Worcester and are establishing new teams in Cardiff and Bristol, so we’re always happy to hear from good quality candidates in these regions at all levels.
Greenwoods is a medium sized practice based in the Midlands with national coverage. We work across a wide cross section of sectors including education, residential, commercial, and health. We have particular expertise in heritage, conservation and community projects and a wide range of grant funded projects. These projects range from Castles to Cathedrals and have included work for Historic Royal Palaces, The National Trust, and The Royal Armouries.
