Greenwood Projects Ltd. is delighted to announce they have signed an agreement to fulfil all future work for retiring Chartered Quantity Surveyors Mildred Howells & Co.
Established in 1986, Greenwood Projects Ltd. has been providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health and Safety Management (CDM) services, as well as a range of ancillary services for over 35 years.
Mildred Howells, established in 1949, has gained a reputation for providing a consistent first-class service to their loyal customers in South Wales and the South West region of England.
There has been a gradual transfer of work from Mildred Howells over to Greenwood Projects in recent months as partners, Wes Dawson and Alec Painter approach retirement.
David Crump, Managing Director of Greenwood Projects explains “It is really important that Mildred Howells customers, both old and new, understand the Greenwood Projects’ ethos and vision which is very closely aligned to that of Mildred Howells. It is this commonality of approach that led both parties to sign this agreement. The move helps continue our expansion plans by strengthening our Bristol office and our presence in South Wales. I would like to wish both Alec and Wes all the best for their future plans, it has been a pleasure working with them”.
