Greenwood Projects Ltd. is delighted to announce they have opened their new office in Cardiff in South Wales.
Established in 1986, Greenwood Projects Ltd. has been providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health and Safety Management (CDM) services, as well as a range of ancillary services for over 35 years.
Greenwood Projects has seen an upturn in work in the South Wales and South West regions and recently signed an agreement to transfer work from retiring Quantity surveyors – Mildred Howells & Co. over to Greenwood Projects Ltd. Mildred Howells have been based in South Wales and Bristol since their formation in 1949. This partnership, coupled with a rapidly expanding workload in Wales has led to Greenwood Projects’ investment in their new office.
David Crump, Managing Director of Greenwood Projects stated “The opening of our Cardiff office is a key part of our strategy to provide Construction Consultancy Services via a network of local offices staffed by a highly skilled team of professionals who really know the area. This move helps continue our expansion by strengthening our presence in South Wales. We already have a great team in Cardiff, and hope to be able to expand this in the coming months”.
