Greenwoods are providing Project Management, Commercial Management and CDM Advisor services to Racing Homes, Newmarket, on a new project to deliver 21 dementia friendly apartments in the town.

Racing Homes provide social housing for those in need of support from the racing industry. They have sites nationwide, in many locations where there is a strong racing fraternity.

We are appointed on their latest scheme to provide additional accommodation on an existing site along with extensive landscaping and communal gardens.

The scheme is being delivered as a code 4 sustainable homes project.
