Overview
This project consists of 10 new build houses to be constructed. It is part of Bolsover District Council’s plans to provide more social affordable housing in the area as the demand is high. Bolsover District Council is working with Woodhead Regeneration as part of the Dragonfly Developments scheme.
The project has plans to go on and build on more sites if the first phase proves to be a success.
