Rowheath Pavilion

Overview

Greenwoods provided Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services, as well as Health and Safety Management (CDMC) to Bournville Village Trust for their development at Rowheath Pavilion in Birmingham.

The scheme incorporated new changing facilties, extending and refurbishing the existing sports building to provide state of the art facilities for a variety of users including sports teams and community groups.

The Pavilion is within the historic Bournville Estate, an important Conservation Area and part of the Bournville Model Village.
