Argyle Works

Overview

Argyle Works is the conversion of a warehouse premises into commercial office space. Greenwoods are looking at options appraisals for this project which is still in pre-contract stages.

The project is a part of a wider scheme to create more enterprise zones within the city. This is to stimulate job creation and economic growth. Enterprise schemes are now proving to be increasingly popular in cities.

The works being carried out are demolishing of the partitions and equipment inside, then constructing new partitions to form new office areas, a café and bar etc. If necessary repair works are to be carried out where needed.

Greenwoods have been appointed Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and CDM Co-ordinator for this project.
