Overview

The Charles Darwin Building houses the National Pollen and Allergen Research Unit and contains a number of complex laboratory installations.

The laboratories are designed to replicate any environment in the world and provide the UK with its pollen forecast. The facility is an addition to the University’s leading edge research and technology.

The project also involved the fit out of the laboratories as well as the base build. The facilities also provide science labs for teaching as well as the specialist areas.

Greenwood Projects provided project management services and site supervision services on this project which was completed on time and within budget.
