Eden Place Nursing Home

Overview

This project involved the first floor extension of an existing building in order to create more bedrooms for Eden Place Nursing Home. The nursing home is a mental health nursing home for elderly people who provide specialist care for individuals who are recovering from or are suffering long term mental illness.

The extension provided the home with a further six bedrooms for live in accommodation allowing people to receive the care they need.

Greenwoods provided quantity surveying services on this project which was delivered under budget and on time. The project also had to deal with sensitive neighbour issues during construction which was dealt with by the team.
