Overview
This scheme has provided 182 student bedrooms with shared kitchen facilities. It is a high quality finish which will allow for conference users when students are on recess.
There are also facilities for disabled users within the building and is fully accessible but secure accommodation.
The building itself is a modular construction, with many bedroom units being manufactured off-site and pieced together on site. The project was delivered in a live campus environment and consideration had to be given to the normal operation of the University.
Greenwood projects provided project management and site supervision services on this project which was delivered on time and within budget.
