Overview
This project relocated one of the University of Gloucestershire’s four campuses in Cheltenham. This was a complex and sensitive project which re-housed the campus department across the three remaining campuses.
The project involved rationalisation and refurbishment of large existing spaces to maximise the use of the building. This work also involved the complexities of working in a live University environment which required careful consideration throughout.
We supplied cost advice on this complex project which was procured via a two-stage tender process. We worked closely with the Client to consider a range of options and provided cost advice for each.
Greenwood Projects provided Quantity Surveying services for this project working closely with the University’s Estates Team and Employer’s Agent.
