Overview
This project was to convert an existing grade II listed agricultural farm buildings into three private residential properties. Each dwelling incorporated solar panels, wood burning stoves, super insulated external walls as well as new roofs and internal floors.
This project was procured traditionally with full bills of quantities prepared on behalf of the Client. The project overcame some difficulties in gaining planning consent and dealing with a severely overgrown site in order to deliver three new properties on the Coombe Abbey Estate in Coventry.
