Overview

In 2012 Greenwoods were commissioned by Vodafone to provide Project Management services for the transformation of their call centre in Newark.  The project was extremely testing due to the fact that 1000 Vodafone personnel had to be temporarily relocated whilst their areas were refreshed, as a consequence the job was split into 9 phases across 2 buildings.

The timescales were extremely tight but the project was completed on time and within budget.

The new facility provided a modern restaurant, energise and chill space, the Vodafone pit stop for training, new meeting and conferencing areas, new reception and 1000 new workstations.
