We provided high level cost planning advice on 2 sites for the national charity Revitalise. Unfortunately neither of them progressed any further than this stage.

One of the sites was Ombersley Court which is a grade I listed building; the other was for a new build scheme in Broadway in Cotswolds.

Ombersley Court involved the proposed transformation of a Georgian mansion which has been on sale for the first time since 1720. The project was for the building to be able to accommodate for both the disabled person and their carers. This would allow both parties a chance to have a comfortable holiday get away in an environment which is truly catered for both of them. It also involved the construction of a new building adjacent to the current grade II listed building in order to accommodate for the demand.

Revitalise is a national charity that provides respite care in a holiday setting for disabled people and their carers. They currently have three holiday centres in Essex, Southampton and Southport.
