Greenwood Projects Ltd. announce acquisition of PSP Construction Consultants Ltd.
Greenwood Projects Ltd. is delighted to announce they have signed an agreement to acquire Oxfordshire based PSP Construction Consultants Ltd on 1st July 2022.
This exciting acquisition is a key part of Greenwood Projects’ strategy to further develop its regional offices, and in particular to build on the existing Greenwoods’ team in Oxford and London which was established in 2017. Greenwood Projects provides construction consultancy services via a network of local offices staffed by a highly skilled team of professionals who have extensive knowledge of their local area. The acquisition of PSP Construction Consultants will strengthen its offering in Oxfordshire and enable the business to better serve clients throughout the South East.
Established in 1986, Greenwood Projects Ltd. has been providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health and Safety Management (CDM) services, as well as a range of ancillary services for 36 years. PSP Construction Consultants Ltd. established in 1999, has gained a reputation for providing a consistent high-quality service to clients in and around the Oxfordshire area.
David Crump, Managing Director of Greenwood Projects explains “Despite the challenges of Covid and market turmoil, we have seen consistent growth across our business in recent years and the acquisition of PSP allows us to further strengthen our team and support delivery of projects in this area. Greenwoods and PSP share a common approach to customer care and are a good cultural fit which will ensure that both companies will combine smoothly. Both Greenwood Projects and PSP have existing offices in Witney, which will combine to create one office in the town’s Market Square, and everyone is really looking forward to working together. This move helps continue our expansion plans, ensuring we can meet the challenges of new technologies and market developments in the future.
